The safety of island residents and visitors to St John USVI, particularly our VillAllure guests, is our highest priority as we work together to minimize the impact and spread of COVID-19. To this end, we are focused on assuring your stay at VillAllure will be a safe, amazingly relaxing and enjoyable experience, especially during these unprecedented and challenging times.
Therefore, we would like to advise you to consider the following points before you begin your travels:
Review travel recommendations and restrictions by following guidance from the World Health Organization.
Consider purchasing travel insurance, which may provide coverage for illness due to COVID-19 should you be diagnosed and prevented from travel at the time of your departure. It may not provide coverage for travel bans, shelter in place orders, or fear of travel. Be sure to carefully read the policy coverage for details.
VillAllure Covid-19 Cancellation Policy - A full refund will be offered should instances occur where the VI government shuts down entry to the islands or if airlines stop flying to St. Thomas.

We also want you to be aware of our stringent disinfecting policy for VillAllure that follows WHO and CDC guidelines and best practices between guest stays at VillAllure. Minimizing risk to our guest’s health and safety is our top priority, so before our guests arrive, our property manager and cleaning staff conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfecting regime of VillAllure.
